My journey in the short-term rental (STR) industry started with a role as a local operations manager for a major STR company. While I gained valuable on-the-ground experience, I often felt something was missing: a work culture where people truly support each other’s growth. That changed when I met Dave and Kim Menapace, owners of The 5 Star Co-Host, who welcomed me into a small business focused on growth, mutual respect, and creating positive opportunities.
